Vice President

Juan leads all aspects of operations for Gemilang Solutions and works directly in person with all of our clients to ensure that we are providing the best level of the service. He started working in the janitorial industry at a very young age and has proven himself as a successful Director of Environmental services at some large scale hospitals in Boston, MA and Orlando, FL. Mariano has been a key contributor to Gemilang Solutions’ growth even before the company was formally formed in Florida. He has an extensive background from his over 30 years of management experience in janitorial services. Mariano plays a role defining and driving Gemilang Solution’s strategic growth. He leads all aspects from development of innovative solutions through ensuring achievement of corporate goals.
